“make no sense” - perceptual resting place

Make No Sense is a visual rebellion against the noise, chaos, and cognitive overload of the modern world. We live in deeply overwhelming times—flooded with information, driven by relentless logic, and hyper-connected yet increasingly detached. In response, this series deliberately steps away from the demand for constant understanding, offering instead a vital antidote: a perceptual resting space.

Rooted in the rule-breaking spirit of Dadaism and the subconscious freedom of Surrealism, these paintings discard rigid reality in favor of intuitive, dreamlike logic. The canvas becomes a sanctuary built from vast cosmic landscapes, shifting perspectives, and endless, heavy clouds. Clouds serve as the ultimate symbol of transition and weightlessness—forms that hold no fixed shape, existing purely to be drifted through.

By masterfully manipulating color, depth, and symbolic architecture, I construct immersive, spacey environments designed to pull the viewer inward. These are not places to analyze; they are places to inhabit.
